Planned to be fully operational in December, MARSS Technical Center (MTC) is located twenty minutes from the group’s Riyadh offices, offering 1,050m2 of support space focused into two key areas of operation.
From a technical standpoint, MTC will house MARSS’ team of highly trained Service-Desk Engineers, available as a first response for customer questions, with the capacity to remotely service, maintain and calibrate in-service MARSS assets.
MTC will also act as base for MARSS’ specialist team of in-field site engineers, with its central Riyadh position providing an ideal location for access and deployment to customer locations across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
For service and maintenance that cannot be completed in field, MTC houses fully equipped workshop and parts facilities, each designed to ensure that the operational downtime of a customer’s hardware is kept to a minimum.
MARSS technical testing and development teams will also be based at MTC, ensuring that new software and systems such as MARSS Radiguard can be rigorously trialled within an appropriate operational environment.
Andy Forbes, MARSS KSA Managing Director, commented: "MARSS Technical Centre (MTC) will provide a centre of excellence for technical support for MARSS customers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Middle East.
