Ricardo Massa joins MARSS as Group Chief Financial Officer

MARSS, a world-leading defence technology company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ricardo Massa as its new Group Chief Financial Officer.

Ricardo joins MARSS during a pivotal phase of growth and innovation, bringing extensive expertise in financial leadership, strategic planning, and operational transformation.

In his role as Group CFO, Ricardo will lead MARSS's financial strategy, planning, and operations to support the company's rapid growth and strategic objectives. His responsibilities include overseeing business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and negotiations, while acting as a trusted financial advisor to the business and the Board.

Ricardo brings with him more than a decade of experience with General Electric, where he held senior finance roles across Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East. Most recently, he served as CFO for GE Hydro Solutions, EMEA, where he spearheaded financial strategies in a diverse and complex region.

Over the coming year, Ricardo will be contributing to MARSS’s transformative projects and scaling its global presence, as well as introducing initiatives that will further strengthen its financial infrastructure.  Combined, this work will enable MARSS’ team of engineers to focus on what they do best; delivering cutting-edge defence and security solutions for the company’s customers.
