Nabil is our Group Managing Director, working between both KSA and USA.
With experience as an entrepreneur, corporate executive, and investor, Nabil is focused on building business and relationships around the Middle East, and supporting in the growth of MARSS technology to be available around the world to protect assets and save lives.

Johannes is the CTO and founder of MARSS Group with over 17 years experience in the software development sector. He founded MARSS in 2005 with the goal of becoming an innovative technology leader in the protection of lives and assets - on a global scale.

Rob brings decades of experience in underwater defence and security. He joined MARSS in 2013 as part of the acquisition by FLIR systems and he has delivered over 40 integrated system projects worldwide - and continues to do so.

Silje was the first employee to join MARSS in 2007 and has provided vital contribution to the evolution of MARSS and the MARSSIAN culture. She has played a central role in the commercial growth from a small innovative start up, to a global leader in integrated systems for the protection of lives and strategic assets.

Over 30 years experience in a broad range of sectors including shipping, insurance and point-of-sale systems sectors. Doug joined MARSS in 2008 to lead all technical research and product development bringing with him extensive knowledge and experience.

Alberto has over 20 years of experience in R&D for Universities and in the Defence sector. He joined MARSS in 2010 to lead R&D programs for safety and security applications.

Stefano is responsible for turning ideas into working solutions. Stefano joined MARSS in 2014 to lead the technical team and focus on software architecture including real-time framework for controlling multiple sensors and statistical algorithms.

Alex has over two decades of experience in R&D. His career spans over a broad range of fields including computer vision, artificial intelligence and augmented & virtual reality. Alex joined MARSS in 2018 to lead the research on AI, extracting in-depth information to detect, recognise and identify potential risks.

Andy brings over 38 years’ experience in the operational communications and IT Service Management sector. He joined MARSS in January 2021 to enable the MARSS vision to establish a quality NiDAR through life delivery and support capability for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Middle East region.

Frederik has more than 15 years experience delivering projects in offshore oil & gas, yachting and security sectors, from concept engineering and design to completion. He joined MARSS in 2019 and has been instrumental in its rapid development in recent years.

Bill joins MARSS with 25 years experience as a General Counsel and Company Secretary. He has a proven track record in strategic, managerial and operational leadership in global businesses in the technology, engineering and defence sectors. At MARSS he leads legal and compliance projects to support business development.

With over 20 years experience in Recruitment and Executive Search, Susan heads the HR and Recruitment department. She has been instrumental in growing MARSS from 29 employees to 120+ and counting today.

Highly experienced in the field of HR and Administration, with over 14 years of expertise in building and developing HR departments for both startup and established organisations.
With a proven track record, Khaled brings invaluable knowledge to the MARSS Middle East region and plays a vital role in driving team expansion within the Kingdom.

Coralie joined MARSS in 2008 with 10 years of proven experience in administrative and client oriented roles. Since joining MARSS, she has provided a meaningful impact to the company by building a proactive and solid administrative and office department, coordinating with MARSS divisions globally across a variety of tasks in a dynamic work environment.

Natalie joined MARSS in 2012 and has been vital to the evolution of the business. As a Chartered Certified Accountant, Natalie is responsible for managing the Finance team and financial activities. She has assisted in MARSS’ growth from EU research projects, to a global leader in integrated systems for the protection of lives and strategic assets.

Karine joined MARSS in 2021 with over 20 years experience in the Telco Infrastructure and Software sectors in Europe and Asia. She is responsible for project finance, support & maintenance finance.

Quentin joined MARSS in 2021 as the Director of FP&A. He is responsible for building financial models for new product development and modelling cost & revenue.

Mike has more than 30 years experience across defence, government and commercial sectors. With a background in combat systems, sensors and effectors Mike supports MARSS across the full portfolio of products. Mike has specific responsibility for Man Overboard Detection (MOBtronic), supporting the cruise industry to improve safety.
